Shipping & Returns

Production & Lead Times

All Elite Tent Solutions products are custom-manufactured to your exact specifications. As such, lead times vary by product:

• Folding Canopy Tents: 2–3 weeks
• Race Awnings: 4–6 weeks
• Teamwear & Apparel: 3–4 weeks
• Pit Lane Flooring: 2–3 weeks
• Floor Mats: 2–3 weeks
• Garage Equipment & Accessories: 2–4 weeks

Lead times are calculated from the date of order confirmation and design approval. Rush orders may be available on request — contact us for details.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination. A detailed shipping quote will be provided at the time of your order confirmation.

• Small items (teamwear, floor mats, accessories): via international express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS)
• Large items (awnings, canopy tents, flooring): via freight or dedicated logistics partner
• Tracking information provided for all shipments
• Insurance included on all orders

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimates before ordering.

Custom-Made Products

Because our products are custom-manufactured to your specifications (colours, logos, sizes, branding), we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders unless the item is defective or does not match the approved design proof.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. To process a claim:

• Email us at info@elitetentsolutions.com with your order number
• Include clear photographs of the damage or defect
• Describe the issue in detail

We will review your claim within 48 hours and arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that differs from the approved design proof (wrong colour, incorrect logo placement, size discrepancy), we will replace the item at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photographs.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have begun and cancellations will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% of the order value.

Warranty

All structural products (canopy tents, race awnings) come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Teamwear and soft goods are warranted against defective materials and workmanship for 6 months from delivery. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
