1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Elite Tent Solutions website and placing orders for our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and Elite Tent Solutions ("Company", "we", "our", "us").
2. Products & Services
Elite Tent Solutions provides custom-manufactured motorsport paddock equipment, including but not limited to:
- Folding canopy tents and pop-up shelters
- Professional race awnings and paddock structures
- Custom branded teamwear and apparel
- Pit lane flooring and interlocking floor tiles
- Custom floor mats
- Garage equipment and paddock accessories
All products are custom-made to order. Product images are for illustration purposes and final products may vary slightly in colour due to screen calibration and printing processes.
3. Orders & Design Approval
Placing an Order
Orders can be placed through our website, by email, or via direct communication with our sales team. An order is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us and payment has been processed or deposit received.
Design Proofs
For all custom-branded products, we will provide a digital design proof for your approval before production begins. It is your responsibility to carefully review and approve the proof. Once approved, we cannot accept responsibility for errors that were present in the approved proof. Changes requested after proof approval may incur additional charges and extended lead times.
Minimum Order Quantities
Certain products may be subject to minimum order quantities. These will be communicated at the time of enquiry or clearly stated on the product page.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of applicable taxes, customs duties, and shipping costs
- Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed
- Payment is accepted via credit/debit card (processed securely through Stripe) or bank transfer
- For large orders, a deposit of 50% may be required at the time of order, with the balance due before dispatch
- Orders will not enter production until full payment or the required deposit has been received
5. Production & Delivery
Production lead times vary by product and are estimates only. While we endeavour to meet quoted lead times, delays may occur due to manufacturing complexity, material availability, or logistics. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

6. Cancellations & Amendments
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund
- After 24 hours, production may have commenced and cancellation will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% of the order value
- Once production has been completed, orders cannot be cancelled
- Amendments to orders (size, colour, design changes) may be possible before production begins — please contact us as soon as possible
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are only accepted for items that are defective or do not match the approved design proof. For full details, please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
Our Content
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Elite Tent Solutions or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
Your Content
By providing logos, designs, and brand assets for custom manufacturing, you confirm that you own or have the right to use such materials. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use these materials solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We will not use your branding for any other purpose without your consent.
9. Warranty
- Structural products (canopy tents, race awnings): 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects
- Teamwear and soft goods: 6-month warranty against defective materials and workmanship
- Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper assembly, or damage from extreme weather conditions are not covered
- Warranty claims must be supported with photographs and a description of the defect
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Tent Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service in question.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, wars, government actions, supply chain disruptions, or transportation failures.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Elite Tent Solutions operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website and services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
